Vinoř - a Newly Built Passive Single-family House

The construction of a passive house was done in the inner block on the main street and was an extremely challenging project, both from the technical and design point of view, because it was not possible to build on a green field. The house concept was thought through to the smallest details and it takes full advantage of the contemporary sophisticated control systems in all areas of "home technology". Very low monthly operating costs confirm that the design and construction were correct. The project was also a business success.
