Makro a.s. decided to carry out a very costly reconstruction of the main entry lobby at its headquarters in Prague - Stodůlky. The design of the original space did not correspond to modern trends. We were assigned with the task consisting of a comprehensive design proposal for a new reception area and also delivering the construction as a turnkey project. The reception desk is made of Staron and the floor is made of fine levelling trowel-on coating pandomo. The project also included built-in closets that needed to be made of fireproof material. Thus Lacobel glass panels were used. All new materials had to be used in compliance with the standardized blue and yellow graphics of Makro a.s. The interior is furnished with Vitra furniture and custom-made accessories.
