An interesting project, not only with respect to its size, coming from the Russian Federation – a former engineering plant to be converted into a modern warehouse and retail park, primarily complying with European standards and requirements in terms of construction and design. The necessary co-operation with local sub-suppliers and partners made us brush up our school command of Russian to get to the level necessary for a successful implementation of the project (including bilingual project documentation). Considering the significant distance from Prague (3,500km) the project management poses a great challenge.
